The Arsenal Muslim (Gooners) Supporters Club welcomes all Arsenal fans who identify as Muslim or anyone who supports the values and aims of the club. By joining as a member, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be contacted by us.
2. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is open to all individuals aged 16 and over.
- Members under 16 must have parental/guardian consent.
- Membership is open to Muslims and non-Muslims who support the objectives of the club, including fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for Muslim Arsenal fans.
3. Membership Benefits
- It is free to join - there are no membership fees
- Opportunities to participate to online and in person social activities / meetings with other members
- Access to online forums, newsletters and member-exclusive content.
- Being able to channel your views to us so they can be shares with Arsenal FC
4. Code of Conduct
All members must:
- Show respect to fellow members, Arsenal FC staff, players, and fans at all times.
- Promote inclusivity, tolerance, and positive representation of the Muslim community.
- Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or abusive language or behaviour, including Islamophobia, racism, sexism, or any other form of hate speech.
- Adhere to Arsenal FC’s own Fan Code of Conduct at matches and events.
- Avoid actions that could bring Arsenal Muslim (Gooners) Supporters Club into disrepute.
5. Termination and Suspension of Membership
Arsenal Muslim (Gooners) Supporters Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership of a member at any time if they:
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Engages in behaviour deemed harmful to the Arsenal Muslim (Gooners) Supporters club and / or Arsenal FC or its values.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
- Members’ personal information will be handled in accordance with relevant UK data protection laws.
- Contact details will be used for communication regarding club activities and updates.
- Members may request removal from mailing lists or withdrawal of membership at any time.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Arsenal Muslim (Gooners) Supporters Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
8. Liability
Arsenal Muslim (Gooners) Supporters Club is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained at any online or in person events.
